The frill is an elastic strip which supports a stocking thanks to its own elasticity and by the application of silicone strips on the inside, which come into contact with the skin, guaranteeing that the stocking stays perfectly in place. It comes in varying depths and shapes, patterns and lace edging. It is usd to support hold-ups but can also be used in place of a waistband.
