HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

In Europe, shipping is always free with a minimum purchase of 29€ / 29£.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?

You can pay with PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, bank transfer or home banking, or with Sisal payment method.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION E-MAIL FOR A PURCHASE I MADE

Check your junk or spam folders. The sender is myboutique@cspinternational.it

If you still cannot find the e-mail, the payment may not have been successfully completed: please write to or call our customer service and we will check if your order was processed or if you should make it again.

HOW CAN I PLACE THE SAME ORDER AGAIN

Login to your account  , look at your last items ordered and click “add to cart”

 

From your account you can also select articles that you have added to your “wish list”.

I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT THE SIZE IS INCORRECT.
 CAN I EXCHANGE IT?

Yes, absolutely. All of our clients have 14 days from the delivery date to request the exchange and another 14 days to carry out the size exchange or return.

CAN I MAKE A RETURN? HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Yes, absolutely. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return and another 14 days to send us the product: Please write to myboutique@csp-ecommerce.zendesk.com: the items must be returned to the address CSP International Fashion Group S.p.A. – ufficio resi- Via Piubega 5C, 46040 Ceresara (MN) – ITALY within 14 days of exercising your right to withdrawal. The refund will be processed once we have received the return.

The return will be free of charge if, for some reason, you received an item different from the one you selected. In all other cases (change of mind) you may make a return with delivery of the package at your own expense. You may make the return from the post office or choose from the inexpensive, online services that will pick up the package from your place of residence.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE DELIVERY STATUS OF MY ORDER?

The courier will send you an e-mail within 24 hours of retrieving your package with a tracking number to track your order. If you don’t receive an e-mail, check your unwanted or spam mail, the sender should be dhl.com or fedex.com

If you still cannot find the e-mail, write to or call our customer service and we will let you know the status of your order. We will also provide you with a code so that you may verify the delivery status on the courier’s website: https://www.fedex.com/it-it/home.html or https://www.dhl.com/it-en/home.html
